Making reservations was a breeze with personal, individual assistance. Very nice ship. Great crew and food. Excellent cruise guide: took care of us from check-in to his extremely helpful assistance making sure everyone got to their next destination point as easy as possible. He made sure that we got the maximum experience throughout the entire cruise. Would definitely recommend to fellow travelers.
We had the most fabulous vacation traveling the Croatian coast from Dubrovnik to Split on Ban. The itinerary was well-planned: it had the perfect combination of low key swimming time, planned tours, and free time. Our cruise manager, Nikola, was friendly, fun, and knowledgeable, and was super helpful with good recommendations and helping make reservations when needed. The crew on Ban was the best we've seen on a small cruise ship. The two bartenders, Ivan and Christian, were friendly and charismatic, and knew us well by the second day. The cooking staff made incredible meals and were very good at accommodating dietary restrictions. Everyone truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended!
Boat was run by an excellent captain, kept us safe in weather and ran a tight ship, supper clean and well staffed
This was an amazing cruise. The boat was squeaky clean, the cabins comfortable and the crew was just wonderful. We had a great time. Our cruise manager, Sasha, was the best. He and his crew worked tirelessly to make everyone happy. The only thing I would change is the stop in Slano/Ston. I would have liked some time to wander and shop in Mail Ston before or after the oyster tasting.
Beautiful ship with incredible staff. The food was excellent and the staff was very attentive. The tours were great and our cruise manager was very informative and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful vacation.
