Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be advised to Zantium Travel d.o.o. in writing. Cancellations can be sent via Zantium Travel contact box Cancellation policy for individual cabin bookings:

• more than 60 days before departure – 25% of the booking total will be charged as cancellation fee

• 60 – 0 days before departure – 100% of the total balance will be charged as cancellation fee

COVID-19 addition to cancellation policy For cancellations within the 60 days before departure window caused by COVID-19 guests will be refunded 100% off the total balance if one of the following is true:

• A) The destination country (Croatia) prevents you from entering due to governmental guidelines and restrictions on your country of residence. Restrictions upon entry can be checked here
• B) Your country of residence prevents you from departing due to their governmental restrictions on traveling to Croatia and/or your country mandates an unavoidable quarantine upon return from Croatia.

Date change fee* – 50,00 € per person (valid only if the change is done 60 or more days prior to the booked departure, otherwise regular cancellation clause will be applied) *upon RQ/subject to availability/only within the same sailing season. The stated expenses apply to changes in departure dates or accommodation facilities as well as for all other significant changes. Zantium charges actual substitution expenses if the traveler-contractee terminates the travel contract and finds another client for the same reservation that satisfies all conditions for consuming the stated travel arrangement. If the traveler has not paid the remaining amount or insured the undisputable payment of the travel arrangement 21 days before the travel departure, Zantium shall consider that the traveler has terminated the reservation, without possibility of reimbursement of the settled advance payment for the travel arrangement.
